Randell Fencher - Operations Manager

Randell is Beechwood Magazine's Brand Ambassador and Operational Manager, based in Orlando, Florida. He is the man with the plan — the person in the room making sure the right decisions get made, the right people are in place, and the work that comes out on the other side is something worth standing behind. He builds collaborations with local businesses, organizations, vendors, and social groups, and focuses on cultivating a workforce that is diverse, multifaceted, welcoming, and professional. His philosophy is rooted in quality over quantity — less content for content's sake, more of what actually resonates. Among his proudest contributions is Beechwood's Casting Call, where he played a key role in model selection and production.

A Florida native, Randell sees the state as a place of movement and adventure. Tampa holds a particular pull for him — its energy, its scale, and the way it always feels alive keep drawing him back.

Outside of Beechwood, photography is everything. He is working toward becoming a professional actor and musical artist, while building toward his longer-term vision of founding a nonprofit organization for the homeless community. Across every pursuit, the focus is the same: improving the craft at every stage of the process. He can talk for hours about adversity and determination, what makes a scene land, how a photograph tells a story, and why certain moments stay with people long after they've passed.

His creative inspirations span disciplines without apology. Perry Ellis, for the way the brand weaves fashion and visual storytelling together. Steve Madden, for a minimal, raw aesthetic that cuts through noise. Tyrese Gibson, for work that is bold, memorable, and unapologetically personal. Randell pulls from everywhere and builds something entirely his own.

His personal style follows his mood — emotionally driven, season-aware, and occasion-conscious. He gravitates toward simple, ravishing pieces that don't demand attention but earn it. Laid back without disappearing. Noticeable without excess. It is exactly how he approaches everything else.

Randell is drawn to Beechwood because of its commitment to originality. Not rushing. Not filling space. Making something genuinely different from what people regularly see — and that is precisely the kind of work he wants to be part of.

Currently watching SWAT and Harlem, drawn in by the storytelling and the characters that carry it.
